Latin American Studies Program for Students

We offer a wide range of undergraduate semester courses on Chilean and Latin American topics from various perspectives of the social sciences, education and humanities in our Schools and Departments: Social Sciences, Economics and Business, Law, Philosophy and Humanities, Psychology, Education.

International undergraduate students can also earn a “Latin American Studies” certificate by taking a minimum of three classes offered in our six Schools and Departments, focused on topics from the region.

Certificate in Latin American Studies

We offer a wide range of undergraduate semester courses on Chilean and Latin American topics from diverse perspectives of the social sciences, education and humanities in our Schools and Departments. International undergraduate students who take 30 credits in eligible courses can earn a Certificate in Latin American Studies to present at their home university.

Tailor-Made Intensive Programs

Our university takes advantage of its teaching and research capabilities and develops tailor-made programs for international universities interested in learning more about Latin America and Chile, from various perspectives and disciplines, adapted to the interests of the home institution of higher education.
