IAJU is a network created to bring together various regional Jesuit networks and acts as a communication vehicle between the Society of Jesus and its higher education institutions.
AUSJAL is a voluntary inter-university network that brings together 30 universities and higher education institutions entrusted to the Society of Jesus in 14 Latin American countries. AUSJAL is a network of networks; It is made up of universities and peer networks, which develop initiatives and network projects in accordance with the strategic priorities of the Association. In the development of projects, the creation of alliances with other institutions in Latin America and the world is sought. The work of the AUSJAL Network looks beyond the university border by seeking a greater and better contribution of universities to their societies.
The Organization of Catholic Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean is one of the Regional Associations of the International Federation of Catholic Universities (FIUC). Its purpose is to contribute to the progress of Catholic higher education in Latin America through collaborative actions aimed at improving the quality of teaching, research, service to society and to improve the fundamental task of proclaiming the Gospel and serve as meeting places between faith and culture.
AJCU is a voluntary service organization in the United States whose mission is to serve its component institutions: 28 Jesuit colleges and universities located in 19 states around the country. These institutions are governed by a common heritage, vision and purpose, in addition to being committed to various collaborative projects.
The general purposes of the Chapter are to contribute and encourage the exchange of its institutional projects and mutual encouragement in the cultivation and dissemination of its mission and identity as existing Catholic universities in Chile, to enhance Christian contributions to the culture and development of the country. Given its purposes, the Chapter expressly expresses its willingness to contribute, through university work, to the development of human dignity and the cultural heritage of Chilean society, valuing the contribution made by other higher education institutions in the country.
