In order to participate in an exchange program at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado, it is necessary that the student’s home university has an exchange agreement signed with the UAH. This agreement allows the student to maintain his/her status as a regular student at his/her home university while taking courses abroad, which will then be validated. Since international students will take regular courses at Universidad Alberto Hurtado, it is important that they have a good command of Spanish. Once the student’s home institution has sent their application, UAH will send a letter of acceptance to the student, which will allow them to process their student visa. Americarum Mobilitas is a virtual academic mobility program offered by ODUCAL (Organization of Catholic Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean). This program provides students with the opportunity to participate in educational exchanges at different universities in the region.

Through Americarum Mobilitas, students have the opportunity to live a unique experience by studying in an academic and cultural environment different from that of their home university. This allows them to broaden their horizons, learn about new cultures and acquire an international perspective in their academic training.

For more information, go to the website, where you must complete the “Student Registration” and then with your username and password navigate through the catalog of courses available by country and university.
